L\u2019ali\u00e9nation parentale, un sujet de controverse <\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

L\u2019ali\u00e9nation parentale est parfois per\u00e7ue comme une notion controvers\u00e9e, notamment lorsqu\u2019elle est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e en opposition \u00e0 la violence conjugale (VC). Certains d\u00e9noncent le fait qu\u2019elle puisse \u00eatre utilis\u00e9e \u00e0 mauvais escient pour discr\u00e9diter des all\u00e9gations l\u00e9gitimes de violence, tandis que d\u2019autres (comme les intervenants psychosociaux de premi\u00e8re ligne et le CAP-E) soulignent l\u2019importance de reconna\u00eetre les situations o\u00f9 un enfant rejette un parent sans justification valable sous l\u2019influence de l\u2019autre.<\/p>

Ces deux r\u00e9alit\u00e9s ne sont ni mutuellement exclusives ni comparables sur un m\u00eame plan\u00a0: l\u2019AP concerne la relation entre un enfant et un parent, tandis que la VC implique une dynamique de domination et de contr\u00f4le entre conjoints ou ex-conjoints. Il est essentiel de ne pas opposer ces concepts, mais plut\u00f4t d\u2019adopter une approche rigoureuse et nuanc\u00e9e permettant de distinguer chaque situation avec pr\u00e9cision. L\u2019objectif doit rester le m\u00eame\u00a0: assurer le bien-\u00eatre de l\u2019enfant, prot\u00e9ger les victimes de toute forme de maltraitance et \u00e9viter les erreurs d\u2019interpr\u00e9tation qui pourraient nuire aux familles concern\u00e9es.<\/p>

Au CAP-E,<\/strong> nous sommes engag\u00e9s depuis notre cr\u00e9ation \u00e0 soutenir et \u00e0 aider les familles vivant dans un contexte de violence familiale, afin de prot\u00e9ger la sant\u00e9 psychologique et le d\u00e9veloppement des enfants. Un grand nombre de victimes de violence conjugale risquent \u00e9galement de subir une dynamique d\u2019ali\u00e9nation parentale apr\u00e8s une s\u00e9paration. Il est donc essentiel de travailler tous ensemble pour comprendre et reconna\u00eetre les diff\u00e9rentes dynamiques qui peuvent \u00e9merger dans ces situations conflictuelles.<\/p>
